Last year, the team fell 3-2 to the Hatters in a tightly contested match from start to finish. While Danbury has struggled to start its 2014 campaign, New Canaan can now take momentum from this win into its upcoming matches. Earlier this season, a Rams' comeback effort at Darien was stalled into a loss during the fifth set, which carried into an blowout defeat at Staples.
