GREENWICK — A Baltimore man was charged with walking around naked at the J House hotel in Riverside, and “touching himself in an innappropriate manner,” according to an arrest report.

Quinton Alston-Spratt, 35, of Joicy Court, Baltimore, was charged with disorderly conduct around 8:30 a.m. Wednesday. Police said he was walking naked near the hotel gym, where several guests were exercising, when he was observed touching himself. The arrest report stated he was “looking into the gyms windows” at the time.

Police Lt. John Slusarz said it was unclear to officers what prompted the naked walk and his susbequent activity.

Alston-Spratt was a guest of the hotel at the time.

He was later released on $100 bail and ordered to appear in court April 25.
