A.W.A.K.E (Awake, Well and Keeping Energetic) at Norwalk Hospital, a support group for people with sleep apnea and their families and friends, will take place Wednesday, April 25, from 6 to 7:30 p.m. in the Richard S. Perkin Auditorium located in the main lobby on the first floor of the hospital.

The meeting will be co-sponsored with J&L Medical Services & Health Complex. This is presented free of charge as a community service.

CPAP information cards will be made for attendees to carry in their wallets or enter into a personal electronic device. Participants may bring their CPAP unit and mask for a pressure check. Racheal Kirchner from J&L will discuss "Traveling with CPAP" when traveling remember to pack a CPAP.

A.W.A.K.E is affiliated with the American Sleep Apnea Association (ASAA).
