Nicole Steel has received Barbara Cleary's Realty Guild's Top Producer Award for 2013.
"Nicole is a leader with high energy and a knack for helping her clients achieve their goals," Cleary, president of the company, said. "Her local knowledge and extensive background in real estate, sales and marketing give her clients tremendous value."
Steel, who sold property in New Canaan, Darien, Greenwich and Stamford in 2013, said, "I am honored each time I have the opportunity to work with a client, and strive to exceed their expectations. I invest my time, energy and resources the way I would expect if I were the client. Particularly during this last market cycle, the person you choose to handle the details and negotiate on your behalf is paramount, and it doesn't hurt to have a positive nature in this business."
Before joining Barbara Cleary's Realty Guild in 2011, Steel, of New Canaan, was a real estate executive with both Newmark Knight Frank and CB Richard Ellis, most recently serving as director of cross-border investments at Newmark Knight Frank, where she advised institutional and private wealth clients. Earlier in her career, she worked as a publicist, overseeing national and international media strategies for large corporations such as AXA Financial, RUSAL and Russell Indexes.
