NEW CANAAN — An investigation begun last December has resulted in the arrest of Patrick Bowdoin, 37, who police allege used his cell phone to take photos and videos underneath women’s skirts.
Bowdoin, of Fairfield Avenue, Norwalk, was charged with 12 counts of voyeurism with malice and was released after posting a $25,000 bond. Police said the incidents took place in New Canaan, Norwalk and Stamford.
He turned himself in at police headquarters Monday night and is scheduled to appear in state Superior Court March 26.
