NEW CANAAN — Police arrested a 42-year-old New Canaan woman after she allegedly returned to the home where she was previously arrested for disorderly conduct.
On Jan. 6 around 2 p.m., police responded to a Juniper Road home on a report of a domestic dispute between two residents of the home. After an investigation, police issued a misdemeanor summons for disorderly conduct to Julie Grantham. Several hours later, around 4 p.m., police were once again dispatched to Juniper Road because Grantham violated the conditions of her release by returning to the house.
Consequently, police obtained an arrest warrant for Grantham for violating conditions of release in the second degree.
On March 22 around 7 a.m., Grantham turned herself in to police. She was held on a $15,000 bond and transported to Norwalk Court.
Police said they would not be releasing any further information on this matter as it is domestic in nature.
