New Canaan man allegedly failed to appear in court
UPDATE: According to the state's attorney, the case against Severin White was dismissed.
NEW CANAAN — Police arrested a 45-year-old Windrow Lane resident after he failed to appear in court on charges of operating an unregistered vehicle.
On Jan. 30 around 10:30 p.m., Severin White of New Canaan turned himself in to police on the active warrant for failing to appear in the second degree. The charges stemmed from Nov. 20, 2015 when White faced charges for operating an unregistered vehicle.
White was processed, posted a $250 bond and was given a court date of Feb. 7.
