Man who peed on library computer St. Patty's Day 2010 arrested for multiple failure to appears

Kenneth L. Hill of Stamford turned himself in on two warrant services July 7 at 7:17 p.m.
Hill was charged with second-degree failure to appear twice for two different incidents.
The first arrest took place on Oct. 22, 2009, when Hill was charged with creating a public disturbance while intoxicated at Dunkin Donuts and failing to respond to an infraction.
The second arrest took place on March 17, 2010 when Hill was charged with third-degree criminal mischief for urinating on a computer at New Canaan Library and second-degree failure to appear. His failure to appear date was Jan. 10. He posted bond and a March 29, 2010 court date was given.

On Aug. 7, 2010 he was arrested on two PRAWN warrants for second-degree failure to appear; he posted bond and an Aug. 23, 2010 court date was given.
He posted a $5,000 bond for the March 2010 incident and a $2,500 bond for the October 2009 incident and is scheduled to appear in court July 19.
