Man charged with DWI after disturbance at Chef Luis

David McAndrew, 56, of Kent Mwhat charged with driving under the influence of alcohol arch 30 at 9:50 p.m.
Police received several calls about a disturbance at Chef Luis near the parking lot on Park Street. McAndrew was at the rear door of the restaurant asking for food he ordered. When he was told it was not ready yet, McAndrew got angry and pushed one of the employees, police said. He then drove off in his car.
Police arrived afterwards to investigate and McAndrew returned to collect his food once again. Police conducted several field sobriety tests on McAndrew, which he failed.

He was charged with operating under the influence and unsafe movement of a motor vehicle from the stop position. He posted a $250 bond and will appear in court April 12.
