A 42-year-old woman called police after she noticed a man allegedly committing a lewd act in his van, which was parked at Walter Stewart's Market.
According to the report, police received the call at 11:40 a.m. on March 11. When officers arrived at the store, they apprehended Mariusz Borowski, 33, of Stratford, just as he was leaving the parking lot.
When the officer questioned him, Borowski, a construction worker, claimed he was removing dust off his pants, police said.
