Letter / Consultants a waste when answer is obvious
I had a leak in my roof. At least I thought it was a leak. It was raining and water drops were filling a bucket I had placed beneath. But then I read about the town hiring an architectural firm to tell them if they needed a new roof, and I thought maybe I should do the same. So I paid a consultant to come over, take a look, and guess what? I needed a new roof. I am so glad I spent all that money on a professional to tell me what I already knew. I feel so much better now. Hey, I wonder if the lawn needs mowing?
