Katie Koestner, a national expert on student safety and adolescent/teen relationship culture, will discuss concerns about the responsibilities and technical knowledge required to skillfully parent the cyber generation at a program hosted by New Canaan CARES.

The program will be presented twice: on Tuesday, Oct. 1, from 7:30 to 9 p.m. at Waveny House and on Wednesday, Oct. 2, from 9:30 to 11 a.m. at Saxe Middle School.

Koestner has spoken on more than 50 national television shows and 1,700 college and school campuses throughout the course of her career. Her insight is based upon research collected from social media companies, the FBI and more than 800 schools nationwide.
