Julie Pryor, owner of Pryority Fitness, Wellness & Balance, addressed Bank of New Canaan and Stamford First Bank employees at a recent staff meeting. With a focus on health and fitness, she demonstrated breathing and exercise strategies and techniques to help individuals stay fit and less stressed while on the job.
