MENLO PARK, Calif. (AP) _ Corium International Inc. (CORI) on Monday reported a loss of $18 million in its fiscal second quarter.

On a per-share basis, the Menlo Park, California-based company said it had a loss of 50 cents.

The biopharmaceutical company posted revenue of $10.1 million in the period.

Corium shares have decreased nearly 6 percent since the beginning of the year. In the final minutes of trading on Monday, shares hit $9.06, a rise of 60 percent in the last 12 months.
