For campers interested in becoming positive leaders and counselors, the Y offers a Leaders-In-Training program at Camp Y-Ki and Sports Camp for ages 12-13. This program is an opportunity for enthusiastic teens who may still be "campers at heart" but are ready to lead by example and be positive role models to younger campers. The Y also offers a Counselor-In-Training program for ages 14-15 available at Camp Mini, Camp Y-Ki, and Sports Camp. The C.I.T. program offers teens the opportunity to become a memorable and impactful counselor and role model to younger campers, while creating peer relationships and developing leadership skills.
