Work tools reported missing from residential site

A contractor for construction at 22 Deep Valley Road told police Monday, July 16, several tools, which were left at the site during the weekend, were missing when he returned.

According to the report, the residence was not thoroughly secured and eight power tools were missing, including a framing gun, nail gun, drills and an air compressor.

The total value is estimated at more than $1,500, police said.
