Elizabeth Rockafellow, 48, of Florida was arrested for allegedly shoplifting from TOGS at 5:45 p.m. on Dec. 30. A TOGS employee contacted police because she suspected Rockafellow was stealing from the women's clothing shop. The employee observed Rockafellow going in and out of the store and dressing room a few times.

Police arrested Rockafellow after finding two tank tops in her purse. Police said one tank top was valued at $200 while the other was $40. Rockafellow was charged with sixth-degree larceny and posted a $250 bond.
