U.S. flags stolen on Fourth of July weekend

Two U.S. flags were reported stolen from a White Birch Road home a day after the Fourth of July, according to Police.
The complainant, a 70-year-old resident, called police at about 4:30 p.m. July 5 after he noticed the flags that were on stone pillars in his front yard were missing, police said. He had last seen the flags at 9 p.m. July 4 before he noticed they were gone at 11:30 a.m., according to police.
The man said he has relatives in the military and puts the flags out every year, the report stated.
Each flag is 24 inches by 36 inches and is valued at $20, police said.
