Two charged with breach of peace

Police responded to a dispute on Michigan Road on July 10 at 1:22 p.m.

According to the report, two men were working at a home when they began to argue. Police said the argument was "somewhat physical," but not to the level of assault.

Benjamin Nieves, 29, of Norwalk, and James J. Troy, 42, of Norwalk, were charged with second-degree breach of peace. Nieves was released on a promise to appear in court on July 18 and Troy was released on a promise to appear in court on July 19.
