Donald W. Haas, 52, of 990 Hope St., Stamford, was arrested March 27 on charges of first-degree criminal trespass and refusal to be fingerprinted.

Police had ordered Haas not to go to 360 Fitness, 45 Grove St., after he visited the facility four times within a week asking for a woman who no longer works there, according to police. The man would go to the gym with flowers and keep asking for the same woman, police said.

At 8 a.m. March 27, a gym employee called police to report that Haas was sitting in his vehicle, a Plymouth Colt, at the club's underground parking garage, according to the report.

Haas held in lieu of $10,000 bond and was scheduled to appear in court March 28.
