Throughout the 84-year history of St. Luke's Athletics, the Hilltop has supported many outstanding individuals across all athletic disciplines -- seeing them grow as student athletes, honing their skills and discovering their athletic passions. The Athletic Hall of Fame was created in 2011 to recognize these individuals for their school spirit, abilities and leadership on and off the fields.

The Selection Committee was very fortunate to receive recommendations of a large selection of worthy candidates for consideration -- championed by family, friends, fellow athletes, teammates and coaches.

After a thorough search and thoughtful discussion, the St. Luke's School Athletic Hall of Fame Committee made their selections for the 2012 induction class for St. Luke's Athletic Hall of Fame: Camille DeMarco-Havens (coach), Lindsey Guerrero (1998), Richard King (1964), Gary Liska (1981), Robert Murray (1999), Henry Parmalee (1994), Kim Piersall (1986), Pat Raffaele (1988), John S. White (1956) and Doug Wright (1963).

The Committee, comprised of fellow alumni, current students and faculty members, announced, "This Hall of Fame class, like the inaugural class and those to follow, are stand outs among all alumni, coaches, teams and friends of the athletic program as being most worthy of induction this year. Each member of this class of inductees is being recognized as an extraordinary individual who exemplifies the St. Luke's tradition of sportsmanship and meritorious service to the athletic program".

The 2012 Hall of Fame Induction Ceremony and Reception are scheduled as part of St. Luke's inaugural Alumni Awards Night. It will take place on Friday, Oct. 12 at 6 p.m. in the St. Luke's Fireplace Commons.

The event is free and open to public. Attendees are encouraged to make a donation with all proceeds going to support St. Luke's School student athletes and the Athletic Department.
