Henry Lehr, 52, of 65 Grandview Road, South Salem, N.Y., was arrested on Thursday, April 14, on a charge of driving under the influence.

According to the report, a police officer traveling north on New Norwalk Road near Lakeview Avenue noticed that one of the tail lights of the car in front of his was out. He pulled the car over around 1:36 a.m. and detected the strong odor of alcohol coming from the vehicle, said police, and that Lehr's speech was slurred and his eyes glassy.

He was administered a field sobriety test, which he failed, said police.

He posted $250 bond and is scheduled to appear in court on Friday, April 26.
