Sallea Antiques, of New Canaan, has been selected to be one of 40 exhibitors at the Ellis Boston Antiques Show Oct. 24 to 27 at the Cyclorama at Boston Center for the Arts.
Sallea Antiques, 66 Elm St., will be exhibiting its collection of antique boxes of all types and shapes. Also exhibiting at the show are 40 American and European exhibitors.
This year's special exhibit will be offered by the New England Historic Genealogical Society, which is headquartered on Newbury Street in Boston. Founded in 1845, the NEHGS is a resource for family history research.
The show will offer an array of antiques, decorative arts, fine art, jewelry, silver, antiquities, rugs, marine art, clocks, rare maps, prints and more, from the Greek and Roman period right up to the mid-20th century.
"With exhibitors from across the United States and as far away as Anakara, Turkey, the show will have something to offer everyone," co-producer Tony Fusco said. "Our goal is to have an incredible range of work and still keep the intimacy of a smaller-scale show."
