Repeat-offender violates husband's protective order

Police charged Maud Letendre, 47, at her Knapp Lane home Oct. 12 after her estranged husband told police she violated a protective order.

Police said that while she did not contact her husband directly, she contacted his associates and family members, which constitutes a violation of the protective order.

Letrendre was charged with a felony because police said she's previously faced similar charges.

She posted $10,000 bond and appeared in court on Monday, Oct. 15.
