Realtor closes year with two 'agent of the month' awards

Audrey L.D. Petschek was named Agent of the Month and Agent of the Month Closed Dollar Volume for the month of December at Coldwell Banker Previews International.
Petschek has been a realtor at the New Canaan office for a decade and has been a top producer; previously having achieved Agent of the Month numerous times as well as being named to the Best of the Best, top 1,000 agents in NRT out of 63,000 agents and having garnered the awards level designation of International President's Elite, top 2 percent in the company.
Among the real estate transactions that Petschek handled in December was a listing in Greenwich that she listed and sold in 12 days with multiple cash offers. In addition, she sold the Richard Bond estate, the home of the former First Selectman for New Canaan.
Petschek is a member of the Greenwich Board of Realtors and the New Canaan Board of Realtors and covers all of Fairfield County as well as having listed and sold properties in New Haven and Litchfield Counties. She holds her graduate of the realtors institute, accredited buyer's agent and certified residential specialist designations and specializes in equestrian properties and land.
Petschek owns six horses at her Audden Farm, lives with four adopted cats and she helps to fundraise for Wildlife In Crisis, a wildlife rehabilitation center in Weston. In her spare time, when not playing tennis, jogging or volunteering on behalf of animals, she attends TICA and CFA cat shows and horseshows. Petschek is a horse show judge and judges unrecognized horse shows throughout Connecticut.
