Published 1:10 pm, Tuesday, July 8, 2014
The New Canaan Library in conjunction with Cablevision will host a workshop on public access TV production at 4 p.m. Tuesday, July 15, in the Adrian Lamb Room.
Attendees will learn about programming, including how to produce their own show, from Cablevision's Rich Turcsany, public access coordinator of Cablevision. Some of the topics Turcsany will address how to submit a show for cablecast, the access training program and a review of community access channels that are offered on cable TV. A question-and-answer period will follow the lecture.
Turcsany has 27 years of experience in cable TV production and operations.
