Personal fulfillment art camp at Saxe

The personal fulfillment art camp has been a summer tradition for the past 21 years in New Canaan. Housed at Saxe Middle School, the camp serves more than 1,000 campers annually. Sprouts ages 3, 4 and 5 in their own classroom work on age appropriate tasks. Explorers I are campers who have finished kindergarten through grade 5 and Explorers II are grade 6 and older. Explorers can select projects or skills they are interested in exploring during one, two or three sessions that are offered from 9-10:30 a.m., 10:30-noon, and 12:30-2 p.m. Some campers choose to attend camp all three sessions each day with a 30 minute lunch break.

Camp is in session Monday thru Friday until July 27. Pre-registration is not necessary, and walk-ins are always welcome.
