Police received three reports of vehicle break-ins in the parking lot of the condominium complex on Lakeview Avenue on Oct. 31.

At 4:41 a 42-year-old man reported that he had more than $1,100 in tools stolen from his truck. When he went to his vehicle that afternoon, he noticed that the driver's side door was unlocked, which he thought unusual, according to police. He then noticed that his tools were gone.

There were no signs of forced entry to the truck, though the man told police all doors were locked.

At 4:59 p.m., a 39-year-old female reported that her car's front passenger window was smashed and a $60 purse was missing.
