The Outback Teen Center's HOOPS Committee has announced the event's grand sponsor is again Brown Thayer Shedd Insurance, Inc.

"We are so thrilled that BTS has agreed to be the Outback's Grand Sponsor for our HOOPS event again this year," Christina Fagerstal, Outback Board president, said. "BTS is noted for their ongoing community support of events such as HOOPS, and we are incredibly grateful for their generosity."

"We are always grateful to be asked and are pleased to support the many Outback causes. My son was a past president and my wife, a former board member, and we realize how much time and effort is demanded for the Outback's success," BTS Insurance president Tim Brown said.

Sponsorships are still available; contact the Outback at info@New CanaanOutback for more information.

This year marks the Outback's 14th year of their annual HOOPS fundraising event, which pits the Harlem Rockets Comedy Basketball team and New Canaan public school faculty against each other in a display of basketball skills and teamwork.
