James Dadio , 34, of 33 Stephens Ave., Norwalk, was arrested Nov. 4 on charges of violation of a protective order, third-degree criminal mischief and interfering with arrest.

Dadio was picked up at 6:59 p.m. by Norwalk police, who turned him over to New Canaan, where a warrant for his arrest has been issued, according to the report. He was wanted on the warrant for charges in a March 14 domestic dispute on Weed Street.

During processing, police said, Dadio was being difficult and angry. Police said he resisted being placed in handcuffs, flailed his arms and prompting several officers to restrain him.

He was held in lieu of $35,000 bond and was scheduled to appear in court Nov. 5.
