Norwalk man allegedly fled after being pulled over

NEW CANAAN — A 40-year-old Norwalk man was arrested after he allegedly drove away after being pulled over by a New Canaan officer.
On Jan. 5, an officer on patrol pulled over Terrance Parker, of Jefferson Street, after he failed to dim his high beams while passing the officer. When the officer got out of his patrol car to approach Parker, the Norwalk man drove away. Using the license plate of his car, police were able to identify Parker and put out a warrant for his arrest.
On July 21 around 9:30 a.m., police traveled to Norwalk Court to process Parker on charges of reckless driving, disobeying the signal of an officer and driving under a suspended license. Parker being held on charges from another agency. He was issued two $7,500 bonds for his New Canaan charges.
