Two youth wrestlers from New Canaan won first place at the 19th annual Kingsway Tournament on Sunday in New Jersey.

Justin Mastroianni, a 10-year-old fourth-grader, won the 70-pound midget division. Tyler Sung, an 11-year-old fifth-grader, claimed first in the 75-pound junior division. Both boys were awarded a four-foot trophy for their performances.

Mastroianni and Sung also competed at the Amarillo Nationals where Mastroianni took second in the 64-pound division and Sung placed fourth in the 73-pound division.

Mastroianni and Sung are currently training for the Tulsa Nationals in Oklahoma. It is one of the biggest youth wrestling meets in the country, as over 4,000 wrestlers will participate and 40 states will be represented.
