New Canaan woman allegedly ignored an infraction, charged with failing to respond

NEW CANAAN — A 32-year-old New Canaan woman turned herself in on an arrest warrant related to charges from a 2015 incident with animal control.
On Feb. 13 around 6 p.m., Meredith Bihl of Sagamore Trail turned herself in on charges of failing to respond to an infraction. The original violation occurred after a 2015 incident involving animal control. Police said they had no information on the original incident.
Bihl was processed, posted a $250 bond and given a court date of Feb. 23.
