Super Lawyers, a Thomson Reuters business, is a rating service of accomplished lawyers from more than 70 practice areas. The annual selections are made using a process that includes lawyers nominating the top attorneys they have observed in action.
There is also independent research evaluation of the candidates as well as peer reviews by practice area.
Inclusion on the Super Lawyers list is limited to 5 percent of the practicing attorneys in Connecticut. The list is published annually in state and regional editions of Super Lawyers magazines and in inserts and advertising sections in city and regional newspapers and magazines.
