New Canaan students' achievements announced

Shannon N. Rooney, a 2010 graduate of New Canaan High School, was named to the dean's list at Susquehanna University for the fall term. Rooney is a communications major with an emphasis in public relations.

High honors

Ninth grade: Andrew Israel and Andrew Monroe.

11th grade: Kyle Chen, Austin Milunovich and Reed Schultz.

12th grade: Stephen Holmes and Matthew Podlesak.

Ninth grade: Alexander Kutner.

12th grade: Harrison Clifford, Sean Forester and Michael Maas-Hull.
