The Artisan Fair, hosted by the Student Governing Board of the Outback Teen Center, will take place on Saturday, Dec. 15, from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m.

More than 20 local artists, both student and professional, will display their work inside the Outback Teen Center at 71 Main St.

Outback SGB volunteers will be offering complimentary gift wrapping.

Admission and parking to the Artisan Fair is free.

All proceeds collected through booth rentals and gift-wrapping donations will go toward future programing at the Outback in support of arts.

The student volunteer-run organization is "supporting the artisans that are now and will be in the future," Outback Director Kate Boyle said in a release.

"The event will be a lot of fun," added SGB President Tim Cassavant. "And, you know, it's not too far away from Christmas."

The Outback is dedicated to providing a positive and enriching environment where teens are able to relax, socialize, participate in self-directed activities and have the opportunity to contribute to the community.
