With only two of three districts reporting, Tom O'Dea, Republican candidate for the 125th State Representative District, accepted opponent Mark Robbins' concession.

"I'm a blessed man," O'Dea said at Cava Wine Bar, where the Republicans were celebrating his victory.

New Canaan's District 2 polling location is experiencing a snag, but the numbers from the other polling stations were clear enough to determine a winner. In District 1 in New Canaan, O'Dea outperformed Mitt Romney.

"I promise to do the best I can with the honor I've been given to represent New Canaan and Wilton," he said.
