'New Canaan in Bloom' involves 22 Elm Street merchants

Twenty-two stores along Elm Street will participate in "New Canaan in Bloom" from May 3 to 5 by displaying a mixture of different floral and horticulture arrangements assembled by New Canaan Garden Club members.

The participating stores are Benefits, Butler Fine Arts, Caroline's Creperie, Country Designs, Consider the Cook, Design Solutions, Dorothy Mann, Elm Street Books, Franco's Wine, Family Britches, Littlejohn's, McLaughlin, Pennyweights, Pimlico, Saella Antiques, Sara Campbell, Shoes & More, Soliel Toile, SpaceNKapothecary, Togs, Walin & Wolff, and the Whitney Shop.

The New Canaan Garden Club has a long history of civic involvement and beautification and is a member of the Garden Club of America, whose mission is to encourage civic improvement, beautification and protection of the environment. Proceeds will support the restoration of the Peony Walk at Waveny Park and the civic beautification and administrative work of the New Canaan Garden Club.
