Rain.

Chance of thunderstorms.

Patchy fog.

Temperatures reaching into the upper-60s.

That's all you need to know about the forecast for southwestern Connecticut over the next three days, according to the National Weather Service.

The wet weather cycle that has drenched the region over the last several days is expected to continue basically unchanged today, tomorrow and Saturday, the NWS says.

Only by Sunday is there the possibility of a break, the weather service predicts, when skies should become partly sunny.
