Perhaps the only thing to say about the forecast for southwestern Connecticut, at least through the middle of next week, is that it's boring.
Sunny and warm conditions will prevail today and all weekend, according to the National Weather Service, with little or no variation. Ho-hum.
The daytime high temperature is expected to rise to the upper-60s today, with an east wind around 14 mph, the NWS says.
Tonight will be mostly clear, with a low temperature in the mid-40s and an east wind 5 to 8 mph.
Tomorrow is expected to be the same as today, with sunny skies and a high temperature in the upper-60s. There will be a northeast wind 8 to 13 mph. Night skies tomorrow will be mostly clear, with a low in the low-40s.
Sunday also will be sunny with a high temperature in the mid-60s. Nighttime will be clear as the temperature drops to a low in the mid-40s.
Monday, again, will be sunny and temperatures will rise to a high in the mid-60s. Skies will be partly cloudy overnight with a low temperature in the upper-40s.
