Today is expected to gradually clear from overnight clouds and showers, as the temperature rises to a high of about 70 degrees under sunny skies this afternoon, according to the National Weather Service.

There will be a light southwest wind between 6 and 8 mph across southwestern Connecticut.

Tonight should be mostly clear, with a low temperature in the upper-40s and a wind from the south wind between 5 and 10 mph.

Tomorrow will be sunny, with a high temperature of about 70 degrees. There is a slight chance of showers overnight and the temperature will decline to a low in the mid-50s.

On Saturday, rain is likely, mainly after noon, the NWS says. The day will be mostly cloudy, with a high temperature in the mid-60s. Showers are also likely Saturday night, as the temperature falls to a low in the low-50s.

Precipitation is also likely on Sunday, the weather service says, with a daytime high near about 60 degrees.
