On Wednesday, the skies will clear, the weather service predicts. Under those sunny skies, the temperature will rise to nearly 70 degrees. The day will also be breezy, with a north wind 9 to 12 mph increasing to between 17 and 20 mph. Wind gusts, the NWS says, could be as high as 31 mph.
