After a weekend of glorious late-summer weather, a little rain may fall.
That's what the National Weather Service predicts today, with 60 percent odds of precipitation, particularly from midday through afternoon. Skies in southwestern Connecticut will be cloudy most of the day as the temperature rises to a daytime high of about 70 degrees.
Tonight, there are lower 40 percent odds precipitation, mainly before 9 p.m. Skies will remain cloudy as the temperature dips to a low in the upper-40s.
Tomorrow will be sunny and cool, with a high temperature only in the mid-60s. Tomorrow night will be clear with a low temperature in the mid-40s.
On Wednesday, skies should be clear with a high temperature about 70 degrees. Nighttime will be mostly clear, with a low temperature about 50 degrees.
Thursday should be sunny, with a high temperature in the mid-70s. Night skies will be mostly clear, with a low temperature in the mid-50s.
The outlook for Friday, according to the weather service, is sunny and temperatures in the 70s.
