Cloud cover will increase throughout today in southwestern Connecticut, with light, mixed precipitation possible by evening.
The National Weather Service says the daytime high temperature will rise to the low-40s, with a northwest wind 10 to 15 mph, gusting as high as 31 mph.
Scattered wintry precipitation is possible before 9 p.m. as temperatures drop to a low in the upper-20s. There will be a west wind 7 to 13 mph, with gusts as high as 26 mph, the NWS says.
Tomorrow, there is a 20 percent chance of snow after 11 a.m., mixing with rain after 1 p.m., as skies remain cloudy and the temperature rises to a high in the low-40s. Nighttime should be mostly cloudy, with a low temperature in the mid-20s.
Sunday is expected to be mostly sunny, with a high temperature in the upper-30s. Night skies will be partly cloudy, with a low temperature in the mid-20s.
On Monday, there is a chance of snow before 1 p.m., later changing to rain, with a high temperature in the upper-30s. Chance of precipitation is 50 percent. Rain is likely Monday night, with a low temperature in the mid-30s Odds of nighttime precipitation are 60 percent.
The outlook for Tuesday, the weather service predicts, is mostly cloudy, likely precipitation and temperatures in the 40s.
