The New Canaan Emergency Operations Center reports that as of 10 a.m. Monday, all roads are open, but wires are down on White Oak Shade and trees are down on Brookside Road.

The town will have a driving ban in effect for all roads starting at noon Monday.

Additionally, the Connecticut Light & Power Co., according to the EOC, has three crews in New Canaan to be used as needed for the storm for safety issues. Bucket trucks cannot go in the air when winds are above 40 mph for safety reasons.

Gov. Dannel Malloy is closing all state highways, including the Merritt Parkway and Interstate 95, at 1 p.m. Monday.
