The New Canaan YMCA will offer a jump start swim lesson program during April break.

The program features four days of lessons Monday, April 18, through Thursday, April 21. The goal of the program is to help children prepare for the upcoming summer through four straight days of lessons designed to strengthen their swimming ability and overall comfort and confidence in the water.

Lessons are available for children ages 3 and older, in addition to parent-child classes, which are available for children 6 to 36 months. The program is open to New Canaan YMCA members and non-members. The fee for members ranges from $78 to $86, and non-member fee ranges from $92 to $104, depending on swim level.
