New Canaan Cub Scouts feed FCA clients

The scouts collected mashed potatoes, canned vegetables, cranberry sauce and stuffing mix, along with gift cards to be used for a turkey or a ham, and created baskets for delivery to clients in the agency's Supportive Housing Program. They also made beaded holiday ornaments to go with each basket.
Assistant pack leader Wenton Camporin organized the event.
"We wanted the Cub Scouts to appreciate and understand the meaning of helping those in need around us," he said.
