NY man allegedly pulled out victim’s hair

NEW CANAAN — A 49-year-old Hartsdale, N.Y. man is accused of ripping a clump of hair out of his victim’s head during a fight on Heritage Hill Road.
Police responded to a report of a domestic dispute Aug. 27 around 8:10 p.m. After an investigation, officers alleged Christopher O. Johnson, of Dunham Road, assaulted the victim and pulled a clump of hair from the victim’s head during the fight.
The New York man was charged with disorderly conduct and third-degree assault. He was released on a $500 bond ahead of a court date of Aug. 28.
Police said they will release no further information on this incident as it is domestic in nature.
