NCTV79 will feature "Navigating the Options in Uncertain Times," a panel discussion presented by the Alliance of Business Professionals, from Friday to Thursday, Feb. 1 to 7.

The original presentation was taped at the New Canaan Library in a special 2012 event for members of Staying Put and the New Canaan community. Program times are posted on NCTV79.org and newcanaan.info.

Panelists discuss the changing landscape relating to insurance and medical issues, legal affairs, accounting and financial planning, real estate and downsizing. The panelists are Don Moyle, of Insurance Navigation, health insurance for families and businesses; Carol Hollyday, Realtor, from William Pitt Sotheby's International Realty; John Murphy, of the Boudreau Murphy Group of Morgan Stanley, financial adviser and portfolio managers; Cynthia Herbert, Appretium Appraisal Services, fine and decorative arts and antiques; and John Nelson, of Nelson & Koeppen LLC, tax planning and accounting. The discussion is moderated by Bill Bergner, of State Farm Insurance, New Canaan.

Founded in 2004, the New Canaan based Alliance of Business Professionals has grown to include 17 members representing a variety of professions. The goal is for members to support and provide a sounding board for one another, promote the town of New Canaan and provide a network of resources for their individual clients.
