Man reports dress stolen from his home

A 41-year-old man on Sherwood Lane reported to police on Sept. 17 that a $1,200 dress was missing from his house.

The man believes the dress was stolen between 10:30 a.m. and 1 p.m. the same day. A cleaning service was working at the time, police said.

The dress, which belonged to the resident's friend, was a white sleeveless dress handmade by an independent designer.
